I have enjoyed practicing yoga as well as receiving my Teacher Training, Foundations In Teaching Mindfulness Meditation and Teaching yoga for stress, burnout and fatigue certification from Yogacampus in London.

The time-honoured wisdom of meditation and yoga have had a huge positive effect in me.               

I wished to look deeper at how these benefits worked on many different levels, the more I learn, the deeper is my enjoyment of the practice and the growing wish to share its wisdom.

From this love of yoga, I have the sincere desire to offer to others what has so much improved my quality of life. 

In my classes I like to incorporate a creative slow flowing yoga style, that aim to combine breath and movement, drawing inspiration from nature and creating an environment that allows students to be safely guided through postures, meet their potential through thoughtful, compassionate teaching, with encouragement to experience deep relaxation and to open a sense of curiosity to who we truly are in the present moment.

It gives me immense pleasure helping people incorporating positive changes in their own life, to choose their path toward wellbeing, realize their true strength and inner light by sharing wisdom learned through yoga and meditation.
